Delivery Policy

Right after payment. You are taken to a private page with your full song, its MP3 download and your poster files, and we email you a link to that page. The page opens on any phone, tablet or computer; no app or account is needed.

If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, or find your order on the order status page with your order number and email address.

• Your full song on its own song page, to play and share, and as an MP3 download.
• Print-ready poster files in every common frame size, plus a 4×6 card, each with a QR code that plays your song.

You can change the poster's design for 30 days after purchase, and download the print files for 12 months. Your song page stays online, so the QR code keeps working.

You print the poster yourself, at home or at any photo or print shop. Printing costs are not included. The print guide on your poster page explains which sizes and paper to choose.
